Here I am with a nice lily plant for your opening. LOL
I noticed as I walked in that your typist has tripped over her fingers and made a typo in 'introductory.'Other than that it is coming along nicely.
a veritable haven.
May this homepage live a long and blessed life and stay forever free. BTW I got notice that ST.James has another new address. You probably got it,too.
Big smiles and lots of good wishes,

Hi Ann: Came here to get your URL to change it on my Pixordia's Place site. The pages finally appeared from cyberspace. A little bit scrambled for the experience but mostly OK. I will need to spend a bit of time changing all the links but what is nice with ZDNET is that I still have Sitebuilder.
here is Pixordia's Place

Sorry if some of the links don't work. I will be rectifying that over the next few weeks.

Hi Ann: here I am in your world enjoying the fireflies and the ambience of your wonderful poetry. You have also blossomed as a poet. I always loved your work but I suppose for our devotion to the craft there is an automatic honing of our voices.

Finally found my way to visit your lvely site Ann. Now that I am here, wish I had come sooner. Have you ever noticed how someone's poetry takes on a different shape when several pieces are read one after another?

I love the way poetry shows me something everyday. Good site Ann, well put together, and easy to navigate. You know I enjoy reading your poetry, so don't dare stop writing!

I have not been to your place for ages. It is so different, I would not have recognized it. It is clear how long it has been for me as you updated last in 7 of o3. how time flies when life keeps ou occupided and frantic. I am not sure I remember how old your grandbabies are now. My oldest is 16, has a moustache, drivers license, and a full time girlfriend. Makes me feel so old......of course I am so old. your poetry is so incredibly consistently good. Your talents are immense and versitile. May all the fates sprinkle good things all over your life.
peace, slm

IT

If life is what you make of it

And pleasure is all you take from it

Then who am I

To just stand by

I’ll make you question just for the sake of it

For Kafka to evolve it

For Freud to try to solve it

Although the search for reason

Continues from season to season

Time will forever dissolve it

It’s easy to forget it

And never to regret it

But I won’t let

This simple mind set

To allow you to plead "I don’t

P.S. This is the lead poem of my poetry book, published by "Bookcliff-group."

Come and look at my webpage dedicated to the victims of ethnic cleansing and genocide in Darfur, Western Sudan. The Nubian Christian population is being systematically annihilated by outlaw groups of Islamic militias.

I sent you a message on About.com but it says unread, so I guess you didn't see it.

Hello Ann:

I was forced here by threats from Tim--hehe. I was amazed by the "Chary Raiment" poem's representation of existentialism's dominance of another's "being"--a clear prominence of "the gaze" and subjugation of, shall I say "soul" or as Sartre would label the other's "existential being". Keep writing the poetry.

Hi Annie, still around? Haven't been on for ages it seems. Life has taken me to the west and back to the east, but I think I'm home now. Haven't written in so long but I finally found a moment this morning to attempt a short creative piece, which made me think of you. As Red Smith once wrote...Writing is easy..all you have to do is sit at the keyboard and open a vein. Anyway, hope this finds you well
