This website was developed for online documentation for my Level 3 Project, The PHASAR.
It's contents have been exclusively designed for this attempt which is planned for the Shoot For The Stars Launch in Windom, Texas on October 27-28, 2001.
Finally the day came to launch the Phasar L3. A perfect boost and recovery and the certification for Tripoli Level 3 was a complete success! Check out the Flight page for a complete description of this attempt.
