I'll start out with the littlest angel~ Raven Paige Miller (better known to some of our racing friends as: RPM)
Raven:
was born 4 days before her first race at Devil's Bowl. She was due on Mother's Day that year, so everyone was expecting her to be born at the races. We waited 2 extra weeks and she still didn't come. With the Memorial Day weekend coming up, I sure didn't want to have any suprises, so I begged the Dr. to please take her Monday so we could be at the races that next weekend. Everything went smooth and easy! After Patosin she was here in about 20 minutes.
allyson:
was born 4 days before her first race at Devil's Bowl also. It was Daddy's first race with his first sprint car. She slept right through the whole evening in a snuggly on Mommy. She was due Sept. 15th, so she too was induced, finally!
amanda:
was 2 1/2 when Johnny came into the picture. She was so excited she was getting married too. Having the kids be actively involved in our wedding was very important to both Johnny and I. We wanted the transition, going from a single parent home to a double parent home, as easy for her as possible.
rachel:
was 5 when Johnny and I met and was so excited about who he was. She asked me "Mama, do you know who that is in your car???" She loved the races, and knew exactly who that was when she saw him. She just giggled when he talked to her. Her opinion is a lot different now! Her friends all say he's "HOT" though. LOL! Rachel was a little more hesitant at this wedding thing than Amanda. . I guess because she was a bit older and understood what an adjustment it was going to be.
