Joy is a hands-on energy healer, yoga teacher and
artist. Joy recognized her close connection to the Divine as a young
child. A kundalini experience opened her gifts of clairvoyance.
The pregnancy of her second child deepened her awareness of spirit world,
preparing her for work as an energy healer. She is a graduate of
Living Lessons, a two-year energy medicine training program. In her
yoga classes the focus is on nourishing ourselves - body, mind and soul -
through poses, breathing exercises, relaxation, and meditation. |
