Kausthub Desikachar
son of TKV Desickachar and
grandson of T Krishnamacarya, has devoted his life to carrying on the
tradition of yoga.
In his teachings you will
discover the tools of yoga to better enhance your life. |
|
The yogis of the past
conceived a very detailed and precise anatomy of the
human body. This was their foundation for understanding and interpreting
the ways in which the systems of the human body functioned or malfunctioned. The
integrated functions of the human body were the model for optimal health and
spiritual peace for which their practices were created.
Participants will explore these foundations to better understand the
structure and integrated function of the human body.
