Volunteers work in the Research Library from 10am to 5pm, Tuesday through Friday and 10am to 2pm on Saturday, closed Sunday and Monday. The Library is also open on most holidays for your convenience.

MEMBERSHIP

Membership in the Research Library is from Jan 1 to Dec 31. Your membership entitles you to receive the "LITTLE DIXIE NEWSLETTER" which is published quarterly. Monthly meetings of the patrons of the Research Library are held at the Ardmore Public Library on the second Tuesday of each month at 7PM.

1899 DAILY ARDMOREITE BOOKLET

  A 56 page booklet published by the Daily Ardmoreite in 1899 as a means to promote the City of Ardmore and the surrounding area as the ideal place to live and work. The booklet contains thumbnail sketches of many of the businesses in Ardmore in 1899 and some of the people that were prominent in the area at that time.


Copies of the booklet can be obtained for $10.00 (which includes shipping and handling) by contacting the Research Library, 35 Sunset Drive, Ardmore, OK 73401.
