The Philippine-American Civic Organization of Oklahoma derived its humble beginnings from the fortitude and perseverance of a group of Filipino-American physicians and professionals.  This group weathered the pains and long hours of work in making sure that the spirit of friendship and hospitality inherent to the Filipinos be continually instilled  here in the heartland of America.  Thus,  PACO came into being in August of 1978 with the goal of ever preserving the richly-laden culture and tradition of the Philippines. 

To this date,  the organization is going strong and an active participant in various civic and community affairs,  most recent of which was the adoption of a city street.  PACO has continually survived the decadence of social and economic past,  thanks to its officers and members who unceasingly give their much-needed energy and resources.  

Membership to the organization is always welcome, with open arms and heart to all!
