This is a good view of the Haven 12 1/2's shear clamp, deck beams, bow cleat backing block, bulkhead stiffeners, and floor beams. Deck beams are bronze bolted through the sheer clamps as well as screwed to the ribs. Deck plywood is waiting on the side of the boat. As you can see, everything has paint on every surface, and on those you can't see too! Are you like me and most boat builders : I hate painting! (but... gotta do it because it's the life of the boat).
