Dock cleats on aft section.  A  padeye was used near the transom to turn a dockline running to the cleat shown just forward of the lazerette deck bulkhead.   Having the cleat moved forward makes it easier to get to from the cockpit plus is less likely (I hope) to snag running rigging when running and jibing.

Transom details above show travelor, tiller, crutch socket, coaming brackets, and just in the view, the edge of the boom crutch.

Closeup of the rudderhead showing rivets through the varnished mahogany cheek pieces.   You have to temporarily hang the rudder to get the angle of the cut and for positioning the cheek and rudder top piece together for a good fit up with tiller installed through the hole shown.  You can also make adjustments to the cut out in the transom at the same time to make sure the tiller can swing adequately port and starboard and clear the top and bottom of the transom cut as it swings over.
