Installed the bronze stem at bow.  Had to grind it and the chainplates a little to fit the Herreshoff pattern turnbuckles.   You can see the turnbuckles sitting on the deck below.  Set the jib club up on it's hook to see how it looks.  The gaff spar is laying in the cockpit. Next step is to set up the stays and cut them to length.   The stays have to be soldered into the turnbuckles.
