Hallelujah! Slings in action. Ribs have been cut above wedges. She's broken free of the forms. Lifting went just as planned (right inside my garage) with the hull rolling right over in the slings suspended from my garage ceiling joists. (I bridged the load across several joists just to be on the safe side).

About the forms: I donated them to Texas A&M University at Galveston. They had a boatbuilding course there. I don't know what became of the forms or if they have any plans to build from them. (Wouldn't mind sailing up alongside another Haven 12 1/2 in Galveston Bay one day).
