Lt Col Dietrich Whisennand is the Deputy Commander for Seniors for Irving Composite Squadron #TX133. He is a rated Master SAR/DR/CN Mission Observer, Master Ground Team Leader, Incident Commander, and Health Services Officer. He also is Co-chairman of the Radiological Monitoring Subcommittee of the National Emergency Services Committee.
Lt Col Cynthia Whisennand is the Commander of Irving Composite Squadron #TX133, a rated SAR/DR/CN Mission Observer, Master Ground Team Leader, and Incident Commander.
C/Lt Col Matthew Whisennand is the Cadet Commander of Irving Composite Squadron #TX133 and a rated Master Ground Team Leader, SAR/DR Mission Observer, and Solo Pilot.
