Hello,

I have been diagnosed with Lyme, showing late stage signs of arthritis &
neurological problems, etc.  I contracted Lyme while on a trip to
Minnesota/Wisconsin in July/August '99.  I live in New Mexico, where I
have been unable to find any doctor that has ever treated Lyme (or cares
to).  My physician has agreed to work with an LLMD from out of state,
and I am anxious to do so.

I am fully aware of the controversy regarding release of LLMDs, and will
not compromise anyone.  I am currently willing to travel anywhere
between California and Wisconsin to seek treatment.

If you can, would you please send an e-mail to me of any LLMDs that I
may contact so that I may set up an appointment, etc.  Please include
the location and contact information (address and/or phone/email) along
with the name.  Any other information is also very much appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your consideration.

Sincerely,  Jasper (Joe) Hardesty

Just wanted to let you know I saw Dr. Christoher Crowe an infectious disease specialist in Arizona. I have been sick for many years and after surfing the web and especially after obtaining information off your web site in particular a was able to find a dr. who ran the lyme blood work. All my tests were positive for lyme. I took these results to Dr. Crowe who ignored them, would not sign a work releasefor me, would not support a disability claim and told me to stop taking the antibiotics I was on. Lyme does not exsist in Arizona. I would say that this dr. is not a good support person for someone who is ill.
