Lab Tests Information
and keeping a journal

Alot of inquiries come in on what lab tests should be done.
I will list some of the blood work that was done on me
and if anyone has additional to add let me know.

But first I will suggest a few things.

1. Start off by getting all your past medical records and keep them up to date.
if you goto a new doctor make copies and bring them in with you.

2. Keep a journal.  Believe it or not I have one since 1986 and it
was published in a Demark Medical Journal.  Several Lyme Specialist
have  used it for Chronic Lyme Disease Research.

In the journal  list the date, Doctors names, reason for the visit,
what tests where done or what was said,  exams, blood tests,
I listed when I missed work or college  (now perm. disabled)
Something new happens, illnesses, results,   anything and everything.
You will find it might come in handy someday.

several tests were done on me multiple times and over several years.  If you change

I tested positive for the Lyme Disease and HME.  The tick bite that i remember
was from Colorado,  I remember the bite because i noticed it on my leg between my
hip and knee toward the inside.  I got the tick off the wrong way, I ended up smashing the
tick and contents inside me and the head remained under the skin.  I ended up with a
bullseye rash with a white raised center and ended up in the emergency room a few days later.
To this day i have the scar on me leg and i still have lymph node problems in my groin area.
among all the other problems.  see my story for full details.
