.	. Trana Mae Simmons sold her first book, an historical romance titled FRONTIER ROGUE, through Dell two years after she started writing. Since then she has sold many more books, ranging from historical to paranormal to contemporary, single titles and novellas. Leisure launched their new "An Angel's Touch" line with her novel, FOREVER ANGELS, and her publishers include Dell, Leisure, St. Martin's Press and Berkley/Jove. SPELLBOUND, a Berkley Magical Love, received rave reviews from, among other reviews, Romantic Times and Affaire de'Couer. It was featured as a suggested buy of the month on the Barnes and Noble web site status list. SOUTHERN CHARMS, is another Magical Love, with a feisty fairy godmother who enjoys dressing like a lady of the evening. WITCH ANGEL is her newest romance, a rare time-travel with both angels and ghosts. Her current  interest, developing her psychic powers, has led her along the path of avid ghosthunting. Simmons delights in scaring herself silly at times during other-worldly encounters and has been known to visit graveyards in both the dark and full of the moon. She usually takes along her husband of 35+ years, Barney, to protect her from the bumps in the night, although he's been known to spy a ghost or two himself and retreat rather than confront. She's extremely willing to discuss her experiences with anyone she can corner. As a natural branch in this trail down the path of her life, at least to her mind, her writing evolved into the mystery field.  DEAD MAN TALKING, the first book of her paranormal mystery series and written as T. M. Simmons, is now available from Five Star Mystery.  DEAD MAN HAUNT, the second book in the series, will be available July, 2006.
