Robert Horry and John Salley are the only players to win
championships on three different teams:
Robert Horry:
1994 & 1995 Rockets - 2000 & 2001 & 2002 Lakers - 2005 & 2007 Spurs
7 titles, 3 different teams!
John Salley:
1989 & 1990 Pistons - 1996 Bulls - 2000 Lakers
4 titles, 3 different teams!
Two other players came agonizingly close:
Clyde Lovellette - Won a title in 1954 with the Lakers and 2 with the Celtics
in 1963 and 1964. Between those years, he played for the Hawks, losing 2
championship series to the Celtics, in 1960 (4 games to 3) and 1961 (4-1).
Connie Simmons - Won titles with the Bullets in 1948 and the Nationals in 1955.
Between those years, his Knicks lost 3 championship series. In 1951, they lost
to the Royals (4-3). In 1952 and 1953 they lost to the Lakers (4-3 & 4-1).
