DEVIL CREATED PART II

Lucifer was the bright and shining star, his brightness was as the sun, till they sinned. This cherub knew that he was beautiful, and pride entered his heart, and the first sin in the whole history of eternity occurred. Pride then led to self-will, and self-will to rebellion. This is where sin began, in the heart. War broke out in heaven, Lucifer and his angels were cast down to earth, to roam in total darkness, earth then became chaos, the beast of the fields were buried alive, nothing lived, nothing survived. Lucifer then became Satan, Satan and his angels were then confined to earth to be held over for punishment, to the chain of darkness. How many years the earth was without form and void in total darkness is unknown. We do know it was then being inhabited by an enormous body of evil spiritual creatures.

In the Bible it states that we are not battling against flesh and blood but a spiritual battle.

Ephesians 6:12
For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

Our enemy is a murderer and a liar:

John 8:44
Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.

His principal method of attack is that of temptations, just as he tempted our Lord Jesus Christ;

Matthew 4:3
If thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread.

Satan's principal method of attack is that of temptation, satan knows our desires, our weakness;

1 John 2:16;
the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.

Satan has one goal, to take as many souls to hell with him as he can. Beware of satan, he is a great deceiver, a liar, and destroyer.

You will find many titles for Satan, which describes what he really is:

Revelation 9:11
And they had a king over them, which is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon.

Matthew 12:24
But when the Pharisees heard it, they said, This fellow doth not cast out devils, but by Beelzebub the prince of the devils.

Revelation 12:7-10
And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels, And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven. And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.

Throughout the length and breath of our nation, Satan has been going forth as a roaring lion seeking to devour whom he may;

1 Peter 5:8
Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:

Satan remains to this day in opposition to everything God stands for. He holds a special hatred towards Christ and the human race which is made in God’s image, and is committed to its destruction.
