TRINITY PART I
Staggering
proof of the pagan origin of this teaching by which the Eternal
Most High is being blasphemed, dishonored and denied the right to
His own throne!
The most tragic part of this great lie of a “Triune
God” is that most adherents of the theory have been misled
into believing it. It is a doctrine which even its most ardent advocates
cannot substantiate! Were it, therefore, not for the false teachers
and man’s voluntary enslavement to traditions--many followers
of the Almighty would not have worshipped in the establishment they
find themselves in today.
Yet, never it be forgotten, that the identity of
the Supreme Being is shrouded in a mystery-- a mystery, though,
which He is eager to reveal to the sincere seekers after Him--those
who are preparing themselves to be His spotless “Bride.”
“I am the good Shepherd and know My Sheep, and am known of
mine” (John 10:14). People are confused and divided on the
matter of a Trinity. There are nearly as many interpretations as
there are teachers of this theory.
The result was a greatly perverted gospel; some
times more pagan than Christian. The reformer cried out against
a lot of those false doctrines, but some of Rome’s traditions
still remain as doctrines in many Protestant Churches today. The
Trinity doctrine was borrowed from the pagan religious. It makes
Jesus god instead of the “Son of God,” as is taught
in the scripture.
The doctrine of Trinity traces most of the practices
and teachings of the Roman cult to paganism and proves the Papal
worship to be, in its origin, the worship of Nimrod and his wife.
Suffice it here to say that, in comparing Catholicism, and judge
by the same merits, Protestantism is hardly removed from Catholicism
with ancient Babylonian paganism, it appears that the idea of Trinity
is ancient: Only God of the Babylonians. This doctrine of a Triune
Godhead came from ancient Babylon. They believed in one Supreme
God, but Three Persons. Assyria had a Triune God, and this doctrine
came into the Church in the great Roman Apostacy. It was adopted
by the Council of Nicea--Three Persons in the Godhead who are Co-Eternal
and equal in all things. This is a serious error and the Bible does
not teach it.
“But to us there is only one God, the Father”
(1 Cor.8:4-6). This truth is taught throughout both Old and New
Scriptures. The one God, Jehovah, is not a Trinity of God’s.
There are not Three Persons in the Godhead of the Bible. Jesus is
not one person in a Triune Godhead. He is the “Son of God”
(Matt.16:15-17). Jesus was and is entirely subordinate to that one
true God, the Father in heaven. All the power that Jesus has was
given to Him by his Father.
The Holy Spirit has no name, it is merely a title--“Spirit”
referring to substance and “Holy” referring to Character;
the “Spirit which is Holy.” But who is the Spirit and
what is His name? Is the Spirit a person or is it the Power from
God? The doctrine of trinity claims that the Holy Spirit is not
Jesus, neither is He the Father. But by His Spirit (Jesus) He lives
within the hearts of men.
