My favorite tool for web building Is paint shop pro. You will find links under web tools for great filters and fonts etc, to use with paint shop pro or just for web building! I will be adding more to this site each day. I am adding links for free java programs as well. One is Anfy, a very good java program that you can download for free. This program will allow you to make lake,snow,bookflip applets and more. The program lets you change settings and then shows you the java code.
