SphereTech v1.0

Spheretech is designed for aimed for SysAdmins. Those incharge of more
than what they really should be in charge of. Understaffed, low/no
budget, etc. This is aimed to pretty much aide you in your task.
Help new users (because using the word person is too good for many of them),
keep a database of current users and the passwords+systems+software they
have, hardware you have "in stock", servers under your control and thier
specs, generate reports, parse web logs, software inventory, and last but
not least events/journaling.

Each version re-written makes further progress than the other with new
ideas. Everytime I get some massive idea that will require a re-work
of everything becuase it's so drastic. I don't like half-ass doing
everything. I want it to work and work with shine. Something to be proud
of. Version 0.5 should be a running version but with bugs (equal to most
versions beta 1). Version 0.8 should be a full running version with
few bugs, but with little pictures. Version 1.0 will contain pictures,
bells and whistles (such as parse MS web logs and export them into
some web page that gives readable results, UI stuff, etc).
