Larry has created several tools that can be used in the documentation process. These include:
- Microsoft Project documentation project tool.
This Microsoft Project file (Zip format; 111KB) contains the basic tasks and subtasks required for a documentation project. You can open it and start entering your data and you will be managing your project in a few minutes.
- Index Management tool.
This Excel spreadsheet (Zip format; 8KB) lets you track the tasks required in producing an index. Using this tool, you can track the time, money, and perishables used for each of your indexing projects. It keeps a running total for each project plus an average for all projects entered. A great tool to manage your indexing process.
- Convex Style Manual.
Coming soon! This is an excellent style guide in PDF that you can download and use.
