    On the average, I charge only $25.00/hour --  most advertising agencies will GOUGE you by billing in excess of $300/hour or even up to $2,500 for a "complete" website (maybe 5 or 6 pages tops).

  I happen to work freelance for those same big agencies who pay _*me_* $15.00/hour (or more) and charge YOU (the client) that $200.00/hour and up. 
   I'm still doing the same caliber of work that got me into the industry -- but you'll be paying me what I expect, not some over-inflated price to cover overhead.
