1/24 1932 Ford Salt Flats Racer- featured in Feb.2000 issue of "Scale Auto Racing News." Built from a picture on one of my T-shirts,
it utilizes a cut-down American Line frame with 36d K&B motor. The body is from a Monogram 32' Ford Roadster model kit and front axle is a K&B unit with ball bearing wheels.
Driver is a Ulrich "Mini-Men" positional, fitted with an EJ's head. The project took about 30 hrs. to complete.
1/24 1949 Ford Pro-Street Drag car GSRA 2000 Fall Nationals "Concours de Elegance" winner. The car features an altered "Ray's Racing" chassis and Parma 16d motor. The AMT model body was rescued from the boneyard and required quite a bit of paint removal and tender loving care. Scallops and body are painted with acrylic enamel. Floor pan is cut-out and boxed to allow for frame to clear and full driver to be installed. Working headlights & tailights are driven by two "N" cells. The project took about four months of approx. one hour per week spare time.

Body & chassis sprayed with 1970 Mopar "Sublime" acrylic enamel. Project took approx. 18 hours.
