Sprint Cars

The 1995 Lance Blevins 1/32 "Sprints Plus" Sprint Car was part of a "hat trick" effort on April 18, 1999 at Jim Kinders Nazareth oval track in which I took First Place in Sprints, NASCAR Trucks and IROC for one of the last joint club races ever held on the Dave Bayer built track.

The chassis is the Sprints Plus stamped brass type with Parma stock 16d motor. The "Gambler" vac body is done up with a combination of hand lettering and decals and features hand-made wings with "Riggen" front wheels. These cars actually react just like the real ones on an oval. You can really push them in the turns!!

***1986 Ron Shuman

1986 Ron Shuman "World of Outlaws" 1/24 Sprint car: "Outasight" vac body on vintage "Pactra" brass tube chassis with hand-wound Pactra Hemi motor. Exaust headers are from the model parts junkbox and decals are from the Fred Cady sheet.
