Thanks to Elisa Crouch for giving the Ferguson Bike Ed. courses a plug in her Post-Dispatch column "Along for the Ride" on May 7, 2007:
Bicycle education
It's National Bike Month. It's also a good time to brush up on bicycle skills, because Highway 40 lane closings will be adding more traffic to streets and making them more dangerous.
The Ferguson Park and Recreation Department will hold bicycle education courses this month to encourage more two-wheel travel and to promote the safety of people on bicycles.
For times, rates and discounts, call Ferguson's parks department at (314) 521-4661. Information on the courses is at http://thinkbicycling.com.
