BICYCLE DRIVER'S MANUAL
John S. Allen's highly recommendedStreet Smarts has been adopted as the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation's official "Bicycle Driver's Manual," and several other states have followed their lead. Despite having been recommended to the Missouri Department of Transportation in 2002 by the Missouri Bicycle/Pedestrian Advisory Committee, approval has apparently not yet been granted as of December 2004.
