Since 1990, Bob Rawlings has been a national advocate for aging mental health, substance abuse and primary care services from cost to cost and border to border.  He has held workshops in over 20 states and has assisted in building 38 state, local and regional mental health and aging coalitions.  He is evangelical in presenting a subject that is very dear to his heart.
