The Christian Message In daily relationships, in the school atmosphere, in our stated and implied teachings, we attempt to bring the Word of God into contact with students and families. Religious Teachings Lutheran teachings are the basis for our religious instructional materials. Families from other Christian denominations find that our religion classes, classroom devotions, and chapel services support their efforts to raise strong Christian children. At those points where Lutheran teachings differ from a child’s home church we continue to respect the child while acknowledging those differences. |

Although the school serves the needs of society, of parents, and of the congregation, our top priority remains serving the needs of the child. We believe that today’s child needs caring and nurturing relationships, sound academic training, and the spiritual experiences of worship, fellowship, service, and witness. We want to help the child take his or her special place under God in our society. |
