Payment Schedule

The school year is divided into 40 payment cycles. Each cycle includes 1 week of school days. Payments will be due on Monday (Tuesday for Pre-School 3/4's) for that weeks schedule.

To provide families with some flexibility, ESC contract amendment forms are available. Amendment forms allow families to change their contracts on a weekly basis. Amendment forms can be used to add or delete time slots for that week. Due to space limitations and some slot becoming full, any family wishing to add to or change their contract must check with the ESC staff member for approval. Families utilizing amendment forms must turn them in on Monday (PS 4/5 and grades 1-8) or Tuesday (PS 3/4), NO EXCEPTIONS, with their payment for that week. If an amendment form has not been submitted, then your weekly contract amount will be required.
