Check Payment Procedures
Please make out your checks in these ways:
For tuition OUR SAVIOR LUTHERAN SCHOOL
For the ESC program OUR SAVIOR LUTHERAN SCHOOL
For the hot lunch program OUR SAVIOR LUNCH PROGRAM
To help eliminate confusion please indicate on each check which fee or which number tuition payment is being paid. We urge
you to pay by check or in person at the school office. We cannot be responsible for cash sent with a child or through the mail.
Financial Assistance and Church Membership
For members of Our Savior Lutheran Church a confidential tuition assistance program is available. Our church intends that no
member's child will be denied an education at OSLS for financial reasons. The way we carry out that intention is through the
Grant-in-Aid program. A Grant-in-Aid application form, with instructions, is available from the school office. Assistance is
available only for tuition, but not for registration or book fees, or ESC fees.
Families that are not members of Our Savior congregation may make special arrangements with the principal regarding the
timing of payments. Unfortunately, however, tuition reduction is not available for non-members at this time.
When parents of our students become members of the congregation during the school year, the member tuition rate becomes
effective with the month following official reception into membership.
Late Payments
It is important that fees and tuition are paid on time. In cases of hardship due to illness, loss of employment, etc., contact the
principal to make special arrangements. If tuition payments remain delinquent after notice is given to a family, the child(ren) of
that family may be denied attendance until the delinquency is resolved.
All financial obligations -- including tuition, fees, or other charges connected with school activities -- must be met before final
report cards are issued or records are transferred to another school. Registration and final enrollment may be denied if previous
financial obligations remain unresolved.
