It has been an honor and a thrill to have raised and trained this fine horse. Moon Shiner has won several 1st places under foxtrotter judges in performance and many halter wins against all breeds of horses,  including a World Championship at Ava. Combining the best in breeding, performance & conformation,   "Shiner's " strong points are SMOOTH RIDE, POWERFUL STRIDE, STYLE, a true FOXTROT.  These qualities along with his friendly disposition & beautiful head were passed on to many of his foals. Our black sillouhette foxtrotter logo you have seen in our ads & on this site's main page and below is a tracing of Moon Shiner in action. The actual picture this was done from is below. As you can see, no retouching was done to enhance the reach or  natural style of this horse.

Though retired from stud, Moon Shiner will still enjoy an occassional trail ride. He is family & will remain with us until the Lord call's him home.
