Clover Crinoline Skirt

Who cares if it isn't St. Patrick's day! This skirt is cute no matter what holiday it is... or isn't. It is adorned with tiny white clovers with H's on each leaf. I appliquéd a shiny, black heart onto it and added puffs upon puffs of black crinoline to the bottom. The waistband stretches from 28-38''. 15'' long. One of a kind, and only $25 including shipping.
