DO-NUT RECIPES

Glazed Bread Pudding

1 Dozen Day Old Do-Nuts
1 qt. Whole Milk
1/2 qt Heavy Whipping Cream
4 Eggs
1 cup Sugar
4 tbsp butter (melted)
1 tbsp Vanilla

Break up doughnuts and soak in the milk and whip cream.  Combine the eggs, sugar, butter, and vanilla and beat well.  Stir in doughnuts.  Pour mixture into a greased 9" x 13" pan and bake at 325 degrees until set (45-60 minutes). 

Make a Glaze

Cream 1 stick of butter with 1 cup of sugar over low heat until sugar melts.  Add 1 tsp. of vanilla and 1 egg and beat well.  Pour over the warm bread pudding.
