Background

I bought this car on 3/4/98 for $700 from a guy in LaPorte, Tx. When I got it it was about 6 or 7 colors with parts from 3 different cars. When I first saw it run it had a lot of white smoke coming out of the tail pipe. I thought it would need a ring job but I later found out that a ring job wasn't the half of it. When I took out the #3 spark plug it was covered in oil and the tip was bent so that it touched the electrode. That had me a little worried. When I took off the head there was a hole in the #3 piston and I could see the top ring. Luckily, there was no damage to the head and the damage to the cylinder was so minimal that it did not need to be bored out.
