General notes:
Just after Stated Meeting, write about the events that happened
last month, and the things that will happen next month. (In other
words, just after the July Stated Meeting, you should write about the
events that happened during the month of June, and invite everyone to
events that will happen in August.)
Collect things to write about during the month.
Keep a piece of paper and a pen close at hand so you can write
yourself a note.
If you can put your thoughts in a text file, on a disk, great, but
we'll take stuff scribbled on a napkin, as long as we get it the week
after Stated Meeting.
