Troy is the un-heralded "man you want holding the ball", his playoff record is the leagues best All-Time. Yet hardly anyone considers him a so-called "great" quarterback. If I were putting together a fantasy team to go out and win the Superbowl...he'd be my main-man, he "just wins baby". ( sorry Al )
Emmitt is arguably the greatest
NFL running back in the league today, and if Troy is the man you want holding
the ball, then Emmitt is the "man you want carrying it", Any
team in the NFL would give up their WHOLE defense, just to sign him. Barring
serious injury, I believe he will break "Sweetness's" All-Time running
back record. Never flashy in his speed, or agility...Emmitt is the "toughest...little
man", I've seen since the seventies.
