Plan downloaded from JimZ site. Balsa nose cone and transition adapter purchased from BMS. Paint purchased from Hobby Lobby. All other supplies purchased from Hobbytown USA.
First flight - Brad's place. Winds about 15mph, gusting to 20 mph. Launched with B6-4. Perfect flight, terrible recovery. Eyelet ripped out of payload transition adapter. Fin can parachuted OK, and Blake located the payload and nose cone section not far from the launch pad. Just needs a little glue and touch-up, and she'll be ready to fly again. Repairs effected. She's ready to launch.
