Estes kit purchased from Hobby Lobby. Plastic fins, nose cone and engine mount. Prepainted with self adhesive decals. Blake's fourth rocket to build. Another excellent job! I'm not too in love with the plastic engine mounts, though. This one and the one in the Super Shot required a lot of sanding to allow insert of the engine, and both are still pretty tight. It's one of Blake's favorites though. He built this one with very little coaching from me. Even applied all the decals himself. He was really proud of the finished product. He was in a rocket-building mood on this day. After completing the MK-109, he went on to build the two Star Wars rockets the same day.
