SOVGuard was a utility to protect Allegiance players against malicious individuals that took advantage of a flaw in the quickchat (a.k.a. voicechat) where they
could throw an out of bounds value at a specific person and cause them to crash. Since Microsoft has finally repaired this problem SOVGuard no longer has any purpose
and is therefore retired.
